Fracture: You should see an orthopedic physician to have an x-ray to assess the bones of the toe and discuss a treatment plan.

Fx Big Toe: If it was a spiral fracture or displace fracture then it may need surgery. If not the toe and joint should be immobilized and walk pi a surgical shoe.

Fracture: You should have it evaluated and x rays taken to determine if there is really a fracture. See your podiatrist.
