I have a dark red circle on my neck and it is a very bright red color. i am wondering what it is, it is very slightly raised if at all, and it is painless with no itching or discomfort?

Circular red lesions on the skin can indicate an allergic reaction or an infection. It is important that you have it seen by a Dr either in person or on Video Telemedicine. Treatment will depend on the history, course of the rash and appearance.
