More info needed: Rashes require a proper history and physical. If you can provide pictures or have a full exam by your doctor you are more likely to have a proper diagnosis. Good luck

How long?: Did this just appeared? have you used any new perfumes, detergents, food, jewelry, clothes? You can try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) but if worse you should get seen. It is difficult to tell with certainty what it is without taking a look at it.

Rash: Is the area itchy? could be allergic reaction. Have you changed any lotions or applied anything to the area? Can apply over the counter steroid cream and take Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Have you had a fever? If you are having burning and blistering you may have shingles. F/U with your doctor to determine the cause if it's not getting better with allergy meds. If you have shortness of breath call 911. Good luck
