Not enough blood : The test is suggesting that not enough blood is getting to the lateral wall of the heart. The most common cause would be a blockage in a heart artery. This is usually confirmed with a coronary angiogram or heart catheterization. The stress tests are correct about 80% of the time. Something to discuss with your cardiologist.
