Family practice : You need to see a dr right away. A lot of things could cause it but some need to be treated right away. Call your dr, he may want to do a scrotal ultrasound along with possible other testing.

See PCP or urologist: There are a number of possibilities, including a hernia. I advise you to see your pcp or a urologist for evaluation.
