Chest pain: chest pain can be due to alot of possible causes. Chest pain does not always have to be heart. Symptoms such as breathing difficulty, nausea, vomiting, burning in chest can help lead to the cause. If the pain has resolved, and it was at rest it probably was not heart. If it continues or reoccurs, get a doctor to check it out.
