Doubtful: but diarrhea by lowering how much volume is in your circulation will trigger a compensatory increase in heart rate. Tylenol doesn't have much effect on the gut and many things including stress can cause (mild) diarrhea. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health,
