See below: Establish routine, schedule, to make your environment more predictable. Self-care routine -- set a times of the day for exercising, hobbies, reading, (doesn't have to be done all at once, but even 15min.), work on me time. Practice relaxation, positive visualizations -- you can find scripts on line or in the library. Find a psychologist to guide you through the process if there's a need.
