Get a checkup: There are many possible causes for low energy and lack of motivation. Only one of them is depression, but it's still an important one. You really need a complete medical evaluation with your doctor to ferret out what might be at the bottom of your complaints, and receive effective help for them. Your doctor can listen to your history, ask pertinent questions, examine you, and get useful studies.
