How to cure tendonitis?

Rest: Tendinitis is essentially inflammation of the tendons and can occur in multiple areas of the body. The best and initial treatment involves rest, ice, and over the counter pain medication. For more severe cases, your physician may inject steroids into the affected area. Certain exercises and stretches may also help and surgery is considered a last resort.
