.: If just missed one dose and if you are on your period, it does not matter. Take your next dose as soon as possible. Micronor is ideally taken at the same time daily. If more than 3 hours late - use additional birth control methods for the next 2 day if having intercourse.

No : Continue taking your pill daily. Breakthrough bleeding on micronor (norethindrone) is very common. Forgetting to take your pill periodically will increase the chance of irregular bleeding.
