Im b- had 1 misscarriage 7 years ago had dysplasia burnt off. i can't seem to get pregnant. whats wrong? my husband has 2 other kids so i think its me.

Get evaluated: If you have been having unprotected intercourse for over a year, then you need to be evaluated. I would also recommend having your husband checked too, since things can change. Usually everything is fine.

.: When you say - dysplasia burned off, i assumes you mean cautery of cervical dysplasia. If not, the following advise is not for you. Fertility after cervical procedure depends on the extent of the illness, amount of tissue removed from cervix and the amount of scar tissue formed. You may need to be seen by a fertility specialist to check for current condition of your cervix. Good luck.
