No: Men get a pass on most of the age issues faced by women as they age.Fatherhood up into the 70's is possible & since the healthiest sperm swim the best, the outcome is usually good from the male contribution standpoint.

Never too late: It means a lot of work in your aging years, but it is never too late for a baby. You may be just kidding, but for centuries there have been attempts to have a boy baby over a girl baby. This is not technically possible. One must love the child they get when they are born.
