I had moles removed yesterday. they were using local anesthesia. i felt fine after the procedure but during the following night i woke up dizzy and been feeling nauseous since then. is this serious?

Dehydration: Most likely your symptoms are from dehydration. Discuss with your surgeon. Others causes must be ruled out.

Unrelated: These do not appear to be related, the local anesthetic has been eliminated from your body in the last 24 hours. Typically local anesthetic toxicity, which has similar symptoms, is immediate not later. You may be experiencing a viral episode unrelated.
