Now: You can take a home pregnancy test typically at least 5 days before your period and if you ovulate in regular fashion, it can be positive as early as that. If you are a day late, then take a test now. If it's negative, then repeat in 5-7 days. If still negative, then likely you are not pregnant. Make sure to stay hydrated and eat small meals, could be stomach problem and not pregnancy.
