Very, if...: The biopsy result returned by the pathology lab will be accurate; if you want the pathologist to have the case reviewed, your physician can arrange it. The only way in which the biopsy could be a false-negative is if a tiny bit of tissue was the problem and it was missed. If symptoms recur / persist, biopsy can be repeated.
