Foot spasms: There are times during bone healing that there is an enlarged ring formed around the fracture site. Before this bone ring heels and is resorbed by the body it may cause pressure to a nearby nerve. The irritated nerve can therefore cause muscle spasms. Radiographs can confirm bone healing progress and a bone callus ring's relative position to nearby nurse. Consult your podiatrist.

Spasms: May not be due to fracture itself but the soft tissue damage around the fracture. Nerves may be irritated and cause these symptoms. If continues i would consult yor doctor or neurologist.
