Airway obstruction from forward head posture, rounded shoulders, & musculoskeletal tension. how do i reverse this? other symptoms are reflux & fatigue

Depends: The shape of your chest and the posture of your neck will change when you have respiratory distress. When you are not in a crisis, physical therapy can assist you with postural exercises and strengthening the overstretched muscles. Good luck with your treatments. Set aside time every morning to do the exercises and stretches.
