Why i still getting 'spotting' (particularly after straining or exercise) and burning sensation to vulva and anus 3 months post endometrial ablation?

Scant bleeding: The most likely cause of the spotting is a small amount of bleeding from the uterus. The other symptoms are probably unrelated. I recommend returning to the surgeon who did the ablation.
