At least follow up: Depending on the size, very small aneurysms are usually followed because the risk of treatment may be greater than the risk from the aneurysm rupturing. Please talk with your doctor about a neurosurgery consult to make sure everyone agrees with a safe plan including when treatment would be indicated.
