Yes: Mri can show tumors and anerusy as well as infarcts.

Yes and no: Contrasted MRI will not show the brain vessels unless mra (magnetic resonance arteriography) is done. Aneurysms are blood vessels derivatives, so, again, they may not be seen. Tumors will be shown because the type of contrast use with the MRI usually detects those.
