A member asked:

My testicals are small compared to other men my age of 36, i did a test and it said i was azoospemia what does that mean, can i still have kids?

Workup: It may not be possible for you to be a father. If this is something you want, get with a urologist or fertility specialist, but i must warn you that the outcome may not be what you want. There's little correlation between fertility and virility -- sexual power, and even less with the ability to make a woman and yourself happy in many ways. It may be your calling to care for kids whose dad's can't.
