A member asked:

Are there men willing to admit they have azoospermia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Perhaps: A man would only know of his defective spermatozoa if there was an issue raised in the past and he had this tested. With azoospermia comes infertility, an important issue with his partner or marital partner if offspring are a goal. Ethically this should be discussed with the partner if in fact it is known to the man.
