Ultrasound shows hepatic calcification but none in ct scan. what is it?

Impossible to tell: without reviewing the images, but in general, the CT appearance of calcification is more specific than the US appearance, so it is unlikely that there is hepatic calcification. Ask the radiologist to compare the two studies and address the concern, or feel free to initiate a HealthTap consult and upload the images for review.
