Something's wrong: With the lab tests or you don't really have hyperthyroidism. You may have had an episode of thyroiditis with a depressed tsh, which then became higher as your thyroid level dropped low. Otherwise, one of the lab tests doesn't make sense, and in that situation you always repeat the lab, plus draw other thyroid tests for confirmation.
