No: You have permanent primary hypothyroidism. Your thyroid does not work. You need to take the correct dose of levothyroxine to keep your TSH normal. A TSH of 0.88 is normal, showing that you are taking the correct dose. Taking a smaller dose will make your thyroid level low again.
