Tattoo: It depends on the type of laser used for tattoo removal. The proper lasers are either q switched nd-yag or pico second and are expensive. There shouldn't be redness around the site when you do the next treatment. It should heal from the first treatment. Multiple treatments are needed, however. Redness 2 months after treatment makes me wonder about the type of laser used.
