Visual dots: Called "floaters", tiny pieces of the eye's gel-like vitreous break loose within the back portion of the eye and cast shadows on the retina. They're pronounced when looking at a bright, clear sky or a white computer screen. Floaters and spots move when your eye moves, creating the impression that they are "drifting." they are more annoying in tired eyes, but normal if there aren't vision changes.
