ALS: Yes, but highly unlikely at your age. Fatigue and caffeine are the more likely causes. Other causes of damage nerves are also possible. You should see a pm&r doc or a neurologist to sort this out.

Not ALS: Random "twitches" could be due to muscle fatigue, stress, chemical imbalance, medication side effects, thyroid issues, even on occasion vitamin deficiencies. You do NOT have ALS.
