Knee "hyper-extends" backwards. i already tore acl & mcl, & have big cartilage cyst w/ "jelly-like" fluid that doesn't drain. what ligaments are left?

PCL & LCL-: -and there may be some secondary restraints left. The cyst is usually lateral and due to a tear or the lateral meniscus which often accompanies an ACL tear.
