See your doctor: With such a long cycle it is hard but not impossible to get pregnant. There is no predictable time you will ovulate. There are several treatments such as Clomid (clomiphene) or metformin that could help you ovulate better and get pregnant. You should also have your hormones checked such as thyroid and prolactin with blood work.
