Possible: Usually periods are somewhat irregular after stopping Depo.Fertility return is variable. 50% are fertile within 9 months, meaning some could be fertile within 4-5 months. If you don't want to get pregnant, a more reliable method than withdrawal should be used. Take a home pregnancy test. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
