Bleeding: after intercourse demands an internal pelvic exam to rule out vaginal cuts or tears, a PAP smear, a transvaginal ultrasound and female and thyroid hormone studies with a CBC and platelet count- for starters. If related to sexual intercourse, may be from rough sex, position or inadequate lubrication. Please see your GYN asap.
