Face?: This may be seborrhea, which can respond to topical antifungals such as nizoral, (ketoconazole) Eurax lotion which decreases the demodex which lives in the pores. Depending on efficacy this is a better approach than chronic steroid use which is only suppressive. In severe cases a trial of oral Nizoral (ketoconazole) may put this into remission.
