Meditation: To freshen your mind consider de-cluttering it by emptying it on a regular basis. There are lots of methods of meditation including with movement in yoga. You just have to stick with it because it takes many months sometimes to really get into the swing of it. Energy is a natural thing when you cut down on excessive waste.
