Protein & Exercise: Sorry to hear that you are gaining weight despite what sounds like a rigorous diet and exercise program. A higher protein intake can stimulate metabolism and reduce appetite. Also, taking a little fat is not always bad, because it can reduce your appetite too. Doing a mixture of strength and aerobic training can also help boost metabolism.
