See Podiatrist: For proper evaluation and treatment. In meantime apply antibiotic ointment and keep covered as well as limit pressure on area.

See a dermatologist: Wash it, lubricate it, leave it open. Give it a chance to heal, hope the wart is gone. Do not use antibiotic or antiseptic on it. Wounds heal better without these.
