See ophthalmologist: Wavy lines in the vision could be a form of migraine or due to a serious retinal problem. You should make an appointment with an ophthalmologist asap.

Different things: Distortion in your vision can be caused by several things including migraine headaches, floaters, retinal problems. Also blood pressure issues may be the cause. Call your eye doctor and get some advice. Feel better...
