I have 4 pe's and am supposed to have my vena cava filter removed within 4-6 months. any suggestions on who can perform the precedure?

Ask the 1 who did it: Can't find a pic. I would c the vascular surgeon who put it in. If not available check with any vascular surgeon.

Most interventional radiologists have substantial experience retrieving filters and other intravascular foreign bodies. It is usually a straight forward procedure although some can be tricky.
