No way;can only trap: large clots from leg/pelvic veins from proceeding to right heart&lungs. Heart attacks=clots in arteries supplying heart muscle after plaque rupture. Strokes=clots in brain arteries or from left atria (rarely ventricle); Most=without symptoms; occur without warning. Setup=atherosclerosis (drivers=LDL-P, HbA1c & Systolic BP not ↓↓, Large-HDL-P not ↑↑, etc as in my other answers) &/or atrial fib.
