Muscle pain: Unlikely. This is a common phenomenon when a person works out muscles to the point of fatigue. It can take 3-5 days to recover. If longer than that it might be a more serious injury. On a side note, many weight lifters take creatine to help minimize this type of pain. Discuss this with your physician to see if it would be safe for you.
