My tt scar is hypertrophic , it's been 6 months , i had botox treatment too but still without pressure garment, it swells , now i can't wear garment .

Scar treatments: There are a couple of scar treatments to do: 1) massage your scar daily. Firmly. 2) use a silicone -based scar product on the scar - like silicone strips, kelocoat or biodermis. 3) see if your surgeon wants to inject the scar with kenalog 4) consider laser therapy if the scar is red or purple. 5) consider hydroquinone lightening cream if the scar is dark brown and hyperpigmented.

Scar revision : Sorry to hear about your disappointing scar. Six months after surgery your scar is likely well healed, but the scar is still maturing. It can take a years or more to see the final results after a tt- but if your scar is hypertrophic you may benefit from a scar revision followed by intensive scar management with silicone sheeting for several months. I hope this helps.
