Yes for travel.: Hepatitis b is a non-issue for a b1 visa to the usa. Globally, hepb is unfortunately a very common viral infection of the liver that increases risk of eventual liver cancer. There are many standard treatments, as well as research treatment protocols, available to patients with hepb.
