What infections would cause you to have brain cysts whereby the cysts are too small to show up on an mri with no contrast? toxoplasma gondii?

Brain cyst: Mri studies are extremely sensitive born brain cysts and they detect even small ones - if related to infection these cysts typically enhance with contrast.
