Pupils dilating : Your pupils naturally enlarge in dim conditions; this is one way your eyes try to adjust to amount of light coming in. Ssri medications like Lexapro (escitalopram) may produce pupillary dilatation due to serotonin stimulation. But if you have normal neurologic responses (especially normal ocular exam, including views of your retinas) this will not be harmful to you. Talk with your doctor about your concerns.
