HIV medications: I would advise no for the time being. You want the HIV meds to get the HIV virus fully suppressed as soon as possible. If there is any grapefruit product in the spirulina then this may interfere with the HIV meds effectiveness.

Sure: Don't expect any benefit. Spirulina is an old health fraud. I am very glad you are getting treated for your HIV infection. If you are interested in complementary therapies, find an evidence-based holistic physician in your community. He/she won't recommend spirulina.
