Diabetes: Seroquel (quetiapine) causes weight gain in many and it can really drive the tendency to become diabetic. Changing your diet dramatically can help prevent this no sugar and minimal carbs - like a paleolithic or caveman diet. Regular exercise 30 minutes at least 4 days per week is also vital. Best is to work on tapering off with the help of your doctor!
