Seroquel (quetiapine) lost effect: seroquel (quetiapine) XR 200 mg does not technically "lose it's effect" Pts with anxiety, OCD, or other condition for which seroquel (quetiapine) is prescribed, often find that after years of treatment with the same drug an dose, a slight change in their underlying illness occurs. This requires an adjustment of their meds to achieve the same benefits. See ur doc if u're sxs r worse & discuss the next steps for you.

Possible: your body and condition have changed. Work with your doctor to figure out what changed and find effective ways to improve your symptoms.
