Seroquel (quetiapine) lost effect: seroquel (quetiapine) XR 200 mg does not technically "lose it's effect" Pts with anxiety, OCD, or other condition for which seroquel (quetiapine) is prescribed, often find that after years of treatment with the same drug an dose, a slight change in their underlying illness occurs.
