Not yet: Hyperplasia is a lot of benign cells that are not yet malignant. Metaplasia is transformation of one benign cell type into another benign cell type. "dysplasia" or "atypical hyperplasia" would be a warning of premalignancy. The chronic inflammatory cells are not cancer. This is a benign biopsy -- either no cancer or it was not at the biopsy site. Please follow up as appropriate.
