Too much acid: F you are hungry and haven't eaten, there is nothing in your stomach but acid. Sometimes because of hunger the stomach fills with gastric acid in anticipation of food. This bubbly yellowish liquid can reflux or be vomited. You feel sick because af too much acid. Antacid or food such as bread may be helpful.

Please eat: A person is supposed to have three major and two minor meals per day. If you do not eat for whatever reason, you may have a lower blood sugar--this may cause several issues, among them some degree of nausea and maybe vomiting. Please consult your doctor.
